Our ex-rentals are between 9 - 18 months, we have estimated that if you ride the bike at a rate of 100kms per week consistently it should last for another 4 - 5 years without any issues with the battery or motor.

Every ex-rental from Zoomo comes with a 3 month workshop warranty, this covers everything besides the battery and motor. As the ex-rentals are still quite young they are generally covered by the manufacturer warranty covering the battery and motor, see here for more details.

You will need to bring your bike into one of our workshops to claim any warranty or have the bike serviced. Unfortunately this can be hard for any regional customers. We are expanding our business to more cities and endeavour to make this more accessible.

We have workshop locations at the addresses stated above (see here). You can pick up and test ride your e-bike from here but as our stock is constantly moving you will need to confirm with the local workshop manager that your bike is in store before coming in. This can be done pre or post purchase as if it is not in store at your local workshop we will have it delivered from Sydney.

We offer nationwide delivery on all ebikes. The bikes come delivered in a box and can take 2 - 3 days to process and then 5 - 7 to delivery to regional areas. Delivery costs vary between $50 and $150 depending on the location. If the delivery costs are higher than expected we may contact you for additional funds.
